• You may return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase. 
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

• Hanaya Style reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the order has met the agreed-upon terms during placement.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. 
• We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Order Cancellations

• Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
• If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed, a fee will be charged based on the amount of work completed or up to the full amount if production has started.
